Never had a bad meal here ! Always tastes amazing, and the service is wonderful. My husband and I always make a date trip from Duncan to enjoy this place . 100% recommended if you love tasty Ramen

Finally had the chance to sit down and fulfill my ultimate ramen fantasy. Miso Tonkatsu with double pork and extra egg. Rich, creamy, salty and decadent. Not a hint of dashi anywhere near the tonkatsu broth to ruin the moment. The Gomae green beans were crisp and the sesame coating made it stand out. The fried chicken add-on I got with my bowl surprised the hell out of me when 3 amazingly crispy pieces of chicken thigh showed up. I was more than happy with what showed up but sprinkle of salt and a lemon wedge would have sent it over the top. Probably not an issue if you got it as an entree. And all of it washed down with a couple of ice cold Sapporo that happened to be on special. With everything being so rich, my one regret is that I couldn't easily find anything sour or acidic to help cut the richness every so often. If I can resist another round of the tonkatsu, next time I think I'll try something lighter with maybe some pickled ginger in it. Maybe even some dashi.

Ghost Ramen is an absolute gem! From the moment you step inside, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a cool, modern vibe. The staff is friendly and attentive, making sure you have everything you need every step of the way. The ramen is pure perfection. The broth is rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced, and the noodles have that ideal chewy texture. They also offer fantastic vegetarian options, which is a huge plus! The toppings are fresh and generous, making every bite an explosion of flavor. If you’re a ramen lover, GHOST is a must-visit. Whether you’re looking for a cozy lunch spot or a late-night bowl of comfort, this place delivers every time. We’ve been coming for years faithfully and will continue to!

The place is very cozy and the staff were friendly and very accommodating... We ordered Sesame Slaw, Miso Tonkatsu and the Gekikara Paitan, they were all delucious a must try when you visit Victoria, BC

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The food is delicious, and I especially love the ramen—it’s bursting with flavor and perfectly prepared. The place is very clean, which made the dining atmosphere even more enjoyable. The service was outstanding; the staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring everything went smoothly. I also adored the decor—it’s very cute and adds a charming vibe to the space. Even the bathrooms were clean, which is always a big plus. Overall, a wonderful spot I’d highly recommend!

Ghost Ramen is a small, sleek, and sophisticated restaurant located in the core of downtown Victoria, right across from the Janion Building. The vibe is chill and food is outstanding. Ghost Ramen has a great selection of ramen styles and flavours, all of which are perfectly executed. My fav is the spicy pork tonkotsu with an extra egg! Don’t sleep on this place!! Enjoy!
